Adecco Staffing is sourcing for an energetic person to take over the role of Sales! We are an established staffing agency in the Coastal Bend area and we need an experienced Outside/Inside Staffing Sales Representative to bring us new business in our expanding Corpus Christi area!
You will earn a competitive base salary PLUS commissions and bonuses and will be responsible for bringing in new clients and building on existing relationships to grow the bottom line.

Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Salary:
Based on experience

Responsibilities:
• Effectively selling our services persuasively, persistently and confidently to key client decision makers.
• Understanding the Company’s sales process with the expectation of meeting and exceeding sales revenue goals.
• Sourcing data of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, the Internet and other sources.
• Attending networking events to promote new business in the community.
• Build trust and credibility amongst clients/prospects, candidates and colleagues by communicating our value proposition
• Establish a plan to grow and retain existing accounts and newly developed clients
• Maintain a pipeline of your Top 100 opportunities and perform daily sales activities (cold calls, visits, execution of proposals, pricing and contract negotiations)
• Develop and expand our local sales territory to include Gregory, Portland, Port Aransas, Rockport and surrounding areas.

Requirements:
•Ideally, 1 to 5 years of experience in business to business (B2B) sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
•Additional experience in client services or account management is a required.
•Demonstrate industry knowledge, including a consultative sales approach.
•Proven track record for effective lead generation, objection, negotiation and closing skills.
•Must have strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
•Ability to navigate sourcing software and technology tools effectively.
•Must be able to pick up new technical and procedural knowledge quickly, applies new learning to become more effective at work, works to continuously improve his/her skills.
•Must possess time management and organizational skills, including the ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks.
•Ensures timely and accurate reporting of all weekly and monthly reports, client paperwork, and required documentation.
