Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in Worcester MA. This is for a Contract opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. There are 3 different shifts the client is looking to fill:

Sunday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Mon-Thurs 12:30 – 9pm

8:30am – 5pm

Tues-Fri 11:30am – 8pm
Saturday 8:00am – 4:30pm

Pay is $15 - $20 per hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:

- Handle and resolve complaints
- Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer
- Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
- Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for further investigation


- 1+ year(s) experience required for consideration
- Professional / detailed resume is required for consideration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word
