Currently Adecco is seeking qualified individuals to work with one of our business clients.

Apply Now! Opportunities to work as a Full-time contractor in the North Tampa area with our business client's Outbound Sales Department. As an Outbound Sales associate you will be selling exhibits and sponsorships for our client. Job responsibilities include cold calling from lead sheets, email, cold calling, client follow up, etc.

Call Center Hours of Operation are 5 days per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.. You will be required to work anytime during Call Center Hours of Operation, and schedules are subject to change.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

*3-5 years experience in an outbound call center SALES REQUIRED.
*Familiarity with sales / retention call center environment desired.
*PC proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
*Proven success in customer resolution/satisfaction is required.
*Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
*Self-motivated and highly organized individual.
*Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
*Minimum education requirement of a High School Diploma.

*Qualified applicants must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background checks, drug screening, employment verifications and education verification.
*Qualified applicants must be available Full Time, Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM, plus Over Time as needed.

*Maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn.
*Ensure that customers and prospective customers are treated with the highest levels of courtesy and professionalism.
*Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and empathetic manner.
