Outside Sales Territory Manager

Adecco Direct Placement is currently seeking top-notch sales professionals for a Territory Sales Manager Job based in Houston, Texas for our client. This position will specifically represent the client's Injection Molded Plastics plant in northern Arkansas. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing business relationships with key accounts and new customer acquisitions. You will be highly motivated and driven to exceed goals. This position will require travel at least 50% of the time. Our client will support your sales efforts with a team of experts product managers and engineers for you and the customer to consult with and provide solutions. This position has a base salary of $60,000 -$70,000 and an bonus of 15% that is "uncapped" - you can earn significantly more when you exceed your goals.

Responsibilities for the Territory Sales Manager Job in Houston, Texas for the Arkansas plant include:
-Spend 80% plus of your time soliciting, through site visits, customers, prospects and leads, focusing on opportunities in order to achieve planned territory growth.
-Achieve set targets for monthly new business invoicing measured through internal reports.
-Generate and maintain a dynamic target list with a clear understanding of what is required to close each opportunity.
-Manage larger accounts to maintain and grow current levels of business.
-Grow the territory over and above current market levels.
-Understand the strategic objectives so that you can suggest and champion new product range additions

-Minimum of three years B2B outside or territory selling to original equipment manufacturers. Experience selling plastic components to OEMs is a plus!!!
-A proven track record of success in exceeding growth objectives.
-Strong process discipline with a skill to align development objectives in order to grow territory revenue.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is desired.
-Must be able to travel 50% of the time via auto or air.
