What will you actually be doing as a Chat and Email Representative?

As a Entry Level Chat and Email Representative at Radial - Melbourne Call Center you will respond and resolve customer service inquires and issues via live chat and email, place/track/close orders through order fulfillment system, following up with customers regarding any outstanding order issues, identifying and recommending merchandising, site usability and policy improvements, based on customer feedback. You won’t have to take any phone calls in this role!

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Respond and resolve customer service inquires and issues via live chat and email
  • Place, track and close orders through order fulfillment system
  • Follow-up with customers regarding outstanding order issues
  • Identify and recommend merchandising, site usability and policy improvements, based on customer feedback

This opening is just for overnight positions. There is generous flexibility in the hours you may work and we can work with your needs. You are required to work at least 4 hours overnight.
