POSITION: Account Specialist

LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA

PAY: $14.00 /hr

DURATION: 2 months (Contract)

HOURS: Mon-Fri 8a-5p

This role involves driving a Company vehicle. Candidate must have own transportation in case Company vehicle not available.

In this role, you’ll function as a liaison between sponsor groups and donor recruitment staff. Serves as primary inside sales support for assigned Donor Recruitment District. Provide systems support to assigned district to include confirmation of upcoming blood drives. Produce confidential correspondence and inter-departmental communications, handle incoming calls, distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinate meeting arrangements and regular correspondence with sponsors. Ensure district has appropriate sales collateral and blood drive collateral kits.
