LIGHT INDUSTRIAL. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment having responsibility for assembling an entire product or components of a product. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Skills and Competencies: Team player and detail oriented. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods. Tolerance for the physical demands of working in a warehouse (ability to stand, lift, bend and kneel for extended periods of time in an environment that is not climate controlled). Willingness and ability to learn new work roles in a timely manner. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process. Ability and willingness to quickly learn work assignments and procedures. Prepare product for assembly. Build and test product and identify non-conforming issues. Maintain a safe work environment and good housekeeping by following established safety procedures. Maintain required quality and production levels. Refer issues and problems to the lead or manager for the area as necessary.

Responsibilities: �?� Use Drawings, BOM`s and product knowledge to assemble dryers. �?� Assemble sheet metal components �?� Install compressor, electrical components and wire per diagram �?� Install heat exchanger, fabricate, solder and braze copper tubing for condensing unit and refrigeration connections �?� Evacuate refrigeration system; charge with refrigerant and test run dryer for proper operation. Document the build and test process on Quality Control Check sheet. �?� Recognize and solve problems that affect quality and production �?� Install sheet metal cabinet, decals and inspect for shipment �?� Follow all manufacturing procedures and safety policies. �?� Meet or exceed quality, housekeeping and production standards. Qualifications: �?� Mechanical and electrical aptitude and/or related experience �?� Capable of passing Solder and Braze training and certification �?� Ability to read, understand and apply blueprint, packing list, zip sheet, electrical wiring diagram and BOM data to produce dryers �?� Work with hand and power tools and measuring instruments including multi-meter, pressure gage sets �?� Knowledge of refrigeration system principles and troubleshooting is desirable
