Job Title: Packaging Team Member

Estimated Length: 1 Year

We build new business, new tools and new process so we need someone who

  1. Loves solving (challenging) problems
  2. Is a self-starter
  3. Has experience in operations, preferably in retail stores


Since building new things require a lot of data gathering, no two days are going to be alike. It will involve combination of the following:

  1. Onsite and Offsite work
  2. Data gathering
  3. Operator training and guidance
  4. Auditing
  5. Testing in-lab or in-field
  6. Support operations as needed
  7. Analyze data



  • General problem solving:
  • Able to quickly assess daily activity need and ask specific clarifying questions if any uncertainty within a quick turnaround in order to accomplish task within requested period of time allotted
  • Able to perform at a high level when dealing with ambiguity
  • Able to perform quality control on all daily activities to build a high level of credibility and trust
  • Able to assess situations, communicate roadblocks, offer potential solutions to the issue at hand, and handle and/or escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Executes all daily tasks with a sense of purpose as this role moves quickly and is generally critical in time-sensitive business decisions.
  • Able to be self-directed in the absence of the team lead or manager
  • Data analysis
  • Accurately executes primary daily tasks that include, but are not limited to, planning, conducting, accurate and precise reporting, analyzing data
  • Provides interpretations of trends.
  • Able to communicate key variables that may have affected results or outcome
  • Makes data-driven recommendations for next steps
  • Train new cross-functional Ops team members on key responsibilities with respect to current efforts


Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work independently and without regular supervision
  • Good to have team management / supervision experience
  • Demonstrated positive work attitude & leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply with consistency in quality and output
  • Travel required (between work sites) within the bay area.
  • Majority of the time, our schedule is from Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm; 8am -5pm; as dictated by business needs
  • Reliable transportation required (personal vehicle preferred)
  • Able and willing to be on their feet for the duration of the shift
  • After-hours support may be required
  • Highly desired competency in spreadsheet based data manipulation (graphs, tables, equations, conditional formatting, pivot table, and functions in spreadsheets) and presenting data in a structured format
  • Daily, Weekly, and Quarterly KPI collection, review, and publishing
  • Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • Associate degree or above 
  • Valid driver license for the state (s) in which the Packaging Team Member will be working   
  • Meet driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history, under applicable regulations and laws in the state (s) in which the Packaging Team Member will be working
  • Adheres to all Staffing Provider Policies, Standard Operating Processes, and Methodology
  • Manages SLA performance through metrics to meet project deadlines
