Paid Social Specialist

Adecco Creative & Marketing is hiring for one of the World's Most Iconic Children's Book Publishing companies in the heart of Soho.

Seeking a Paid Social Specialist for a long term/ indefinite job opportunity, onsite Monday- Friday, 35 hours per week. Pay will depend on experience but will not exceed $30ph.

You will be responsible for supporting the paid social marketing team, while also exploring and validating new ways to engage and foster relationships with prospects and customers on social media. You’ll closely collaborate with the Organic Social, SEM and Design teams, as well as provide cross-functional support for partner teams to execute paid social strategies across social platforms that effectively promote content, product, and support brand initiatives in a way that drives continued growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Assist in the development and execution of paid social media campaigns, including, but not limited to: strategy development, campaign setup, optimization, and campaign management across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest
  • Execute paid social media plans within budget and on-scope in a way that delivers results that meets or exceeds expectations
  • Co-lead paid social liaising between cross-functional teams including Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Departmental teams
  • Daily monitoring of new and existing campaigns for KPI performance; troubleshooting and running reports to identify optimization opportunities (audience targeting, ad copy, spend, etc.)
  • Co-manage paid social request intake, calendaring and publishing for business unit partners and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor brand, competitor landscape and industry changes
  • Support invoice management and ad-hoc requests for forecasting, reporting, billing, etc
  • Help support paid social A/B and proof-of-concept testing

 

HOW YOU CAN FIT

  • 1-3 years of hands-on paid social media marketing experience required
  • 1-3 years experience working with social media tools such as Power Editor, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, etc
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, and strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence and work cross-functionally across several internal teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with a keen eye for design and copy writing.
