Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:


Job Duties:

Placing orders with our client’s family operations and agents in all states except Iowa
Actively manage title orders and assist underwriting attorneys with title, survey or other issues that arise in residential and commercial transactions to ensure efficient and successful closings, including the collection of authority documents and the coordination on all policy requests with the local offices/agent
Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of closing statements
Daily interaction with customers and company personnel
Self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and accountability, and an ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities


Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred
One (1) to two (2) years of residential/commercial real estate transactional experience is a plus, but is not required
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to interface with external customers and service internal service contacts
Knowledge of Microsoft Office



Pay Rate: $25.00hr - $27.00hr DOE
Shift Start/End Time: first shift/general business hours
