Responsibilities for this Paralegal position include:


  • Keep cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and Mycase software; confirming case status with attorneys.
  • Help develop cases by maintaining contact with people involved in the case; scheduling depositions; preparing and forwarding summonses and subpoenas; drafting complaints; preparing and filing discovery requests and demands; preparing responses to opposing counsel; generating status reports and other correspondence as directed by attorney.  
  • Keep clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating case progress without giving legal advice.




  • 4 yrs. of experience preferably in the Matrimonial field
  • Attention to Detail
  • Reporting skills and Client Confidentiality
