Part time Administrative Assistant - Intermediate

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a PART TIME Administrative Assistant position located in Las Vegas, NV! This is a long term opportunity for the right person. Specific Duties:
1. Calendar - MS Outlook - setting appts
2 Data entry into MS Excel and company specific software
3. Greeting and escorting guests and new employees
4. Speaking for small groups

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Basic MS computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook
2. interacting with many different people
3. time management and prioritization

Shift Start/End Time: flexible - not to exceed 8 am to 5 pm

Dress Code: Business / Business Casual

Will this only be PT hours, 20 hours per week? Yes, however they may not be the same 20 every week if the candidate is flexible.

This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of secretarial support duties in a manner which will ensure the proper functioning of the business unit and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the department. The position works under the specific instruction and direction of one or more higher level staff and may provide administrative support to an individual office. Incumbents are regularly responsible for dealing professionally with confidential information while performing several aspects of assigned work. Specific tasks may be answering phones, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, producing correspondence, spreadsheets and presentation and otherwise relieving those supported of minor administrative tasks and business deals. Works under general supervision.
