Length: 4 months
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Start: ASAP

Core Hours: Part Time 3 days/week or ½ days. Flexible

Position Overview: Provide administrative support to the quality department by performing recurring procedures and also acting on non-routine situations through application of office guidelines and general practices. Applies advanced secretarial, administrative, communication and coordination skills to complete assignments. Performs duties with moderate direction. Requires general supervision for assigned special activities.

Position Duties:
1. Daily interaction with Purchased Finished Goods suppliers and division supply chain to create batch information in SAP for upcoming shipments to 3M per prescribed instructions.
2. Creating and maintaining standard quality reports and documentation for the IPD quality department
3. Assisting with data entry tasks, filling out quality templates, and responding to quality department requests.
4. Administrative support for the quality leadership team, including calendar appointments, arranging meetings, and other admin tasks.

Basic Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience as and administrative assistant or equivalent role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree or administrative certification
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with databases and basic data analysis/charting
