Part-time Administrative Assistant

Expedite your path to a great job. We’re now hiring for a part-time administrative assistant in Wood Dale, IL. You’re responsible for making the magic happen – you’ll be working on helping oversee trainings, scheduling, surveys and budgets. We’re excited for you to join the amazing team at our client.


Here’s a preview of what you’ll be working on:

  • Maintain and update Team Training and Event Calendar
  • Manage course and training coordination: manage participant communications, registration pages, generate and manage course rosters using our internal course registration system. Create and maintain course and participant records.
  • Organize training and event logistics: catering, training room set up, order and prepare training/meeting materials and supplies, coordinate internal/external facilitators
  • Administer course surveys and provide feedback to program facilitators and management.
  • Maintain budget: manage the review, submission and approval of invoices and ensure timely payment. dating LD Budget on monthly basis
  • Additional projects as assigned by the Leadership Development and Organizational Learning team.

  • High School Diploma, two- or four-year college degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with a learning management system (LMS) or similar systems a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel. Experience with Sharepoint a plus
  • Experience creating and driving clear, effective processes to support outcome delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines while maintaining a customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to make quick and decisions. Experience with managing a budget, data entry and basic analysis and auditing a plus


25-30 hours per week
