Part Time Administrative Clerk

 

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented Part Time Administrative Clerk in Lake Forest, Ca.  This is a temporary 4 week assignment 20-24 hours weekly.  The ideal candidate is computer literate, able to focus for long periods of time, works well under pressure and performs job duties at a quick pace. Responsibilities for this Data Entry Clerk job include:

 

- Input data on an Excel spreadsheet

- May reconcile invoices to statements

- Organize and label supplies

- Match packing slips to invoices

 

 

Qualifications:

 

- Must have a High School Diploma or GED

- Must have at least 6 months of clerical experience; type 45 WPM, 10 Key experience

- Must have good communication skills; be reliable and dependable
