Part Time Customer Care Associate

Adecco is currently recruiting for part-time (20-25 hours/week), customer care center associates.

In this role, you could expect to do the following:

  • Answer inbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high quality, adherence and productivity

Position Requirements:

  • Strong aptitude for computer technology, terminology and navigating thru computer systems
  • High level accuracy with typing and data entry skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication/customer service skills
  • Recent/solid work history
  • Able to provide professional references
  • High School Diploma/GED required
