Adecco is assisting a local Boise client in their search for a Customer Success Coordinator. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of processing business claims. This individual is instrumental in managing the implementation of all new customers . They must intimately understand the client's unique objectives, translating that into an internal strategy, and ensuring that our systems are set up to follow those unique guidelines. The Co-op Claims business is held to high standards and strict service level agreements (SLAs). As such, this individual must have a deep sense of personal drive, self-motivation, and accountability to ensure we deliver on time and with accuracy.

 

Additional Responsibilities

-Quickly learn and apply knowledge of clients co-op marketing programs and branding guidelines

-Audit complex claims to ensure they fulfill brand requirements, and enter claims data into our system

-Approve or deny advertising or marketing initiatives dependent on unique program guidelines, therefore approving or denying future payment

-Compile and deliver regular reports summarizing claims traffic and communicate to back to brand

-Process data changes requested by brand and communicate those changes to affected affiliates

-Interact with client and/or Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction

- Understand and effectively communicate software and technological processes/requirements

- Effectively manage time and workload to ensure all timelines and volume goals are met or exceeded

- Troubleshoot end-user issues and collaborate with internal teams to deliver resolutions quickly to customers.

 

Required Experience and Attributes

- BS/BA degree from university

- Customer service experience

- Proficiency in various web based applications, including Google Apps and Salesforce

- Ability to translate

- Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently

 

This position will be 20 hours/week. Hours are 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. $12-16/hour. To be considered, please apply now!
