Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting PART TIME Administrative Assistant role in Minneapolis, MN.

Contract Length: 3+ months (Flexible Part time hours ~ 20 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour



  • Performs a variety of administrative functions. 
  • Transferring data to and from various programs such as MS Word, Excel as well as custom programs. 
  • Training will be provided to interact with custom programs. 
  • The ideal candidate needs to be a able to work with minimal supervision. 
  • The person also needs to be motivated enough to learn on the job. 
  • Will also need to operate a copier and a laminator. 
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. 
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager 


  • Must show proficiency using programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
  • Possesses at least 4-8 years in the field or have worked in a similar capacity. 
  • This candidate must possess strong communication skills and be proficient in English. 
  • Must be highly organized, pro-active and a self-starter. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical. 
  • Must have the ability to work with detailed information, prioritize tasks, be results oriented and have excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure. 
  • Needs to be able to maintain organized and accurate files. 
  • This job requires the candidate to be an English speaker with strong communication skills. 


M-F 8-5 PM, PT, 20 hours, but flexible for hours for morning and afternoon start times. 1/2 day and full day options available.
