Part Time Digital Account Manager (20 hours per week

Adecco Creative is assisting our client, an independent marketing agency specializing in integrated media planning, activation and analytics, in their search for a part time Digital Account Manager. This role will start off as a part time temporary position, working approximately 20 hours per week onsite in the company’s midtown offices, and is expected to last on a long term / ongoing basis with the possibility of transitioning into full time hours/permanent employment down the road. Remote work may be possible as well, once this person has settled in and acclimated.

The Account / Project Manager is responsible for managing communications with the agency’s clients. As a point of contact for the agency’s customers, they will coordinate the resources needed to service projects, assist in building strategic operational plans and help to balance the expectations of clients with the execution of campaign work.

The Account / Project Manager will also assist with planning campaigns and developing business accounts creatively and financially, while playing a positive role in the agency’s new business program. Responsibilities May Include:

  • Talking through clients’ marketing and advertising strategies and managing expectations
  • Providing the utmost level of client service
  • Liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
  • Working with managers to support the generation of new accounts
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget

Required Skills:

  • Knowledgeable of digital platforms and tools available
  • A background in media, advertising, design or marketing
  • The ability to manage budgets and timelines
  • A persuasive and confident approach to projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Awareness of processes and techniques – particularly digital platforms

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with digital marketing campaigns
  • 3-5 years of account management / client relations experience
