Adecco is assisting a local client in their need to hire a part time Marketing Data Analyst/Digital Analyst consultant. Our fashion client, Ann Taylor, is looking for a Digital Analyst Intern to support our product management and in-store client experience teams. This Digital Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and identifying opportunities from digital and offline data sources including web behavior, marketing initiatives, lift analysis, and translating data into meaningful summaries and recommendations for leadership. This position will help monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to drive value for Ann Taylor. You will have the chance to gain valuable professional experience during your studies in an innovative fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this role is a recent graduate or currently enrolled in school, looking to gain experience in a data-driven environment;  is curious, and has passion and proven experience in analyzing data to simplify and create relevant and insightful data stories for various audiences.


Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Cnduct recurring website & 3rd party application reporting to monitor and drive KPIs
  • Proactively develop performance reports and analysis such as store-level analysis; highlight observations and business context to deliver actionable recommendations to business leads, not just data
  • Perform short-term and ad-hoc analyses
  • Provide insights to support senior management with decision making ¿ Complete and maintain distribution of web analytics reports including contextualization
  • Work closely with CRM & web analytics teams to complete program match backs between CRM database and 3rd party application database.
  • Test website and email links to ensure proper 3rd party tracking.

Position Requirements:

  • Full-time undergraduate/graduate student majoring in business management, statistics, data analysis, or computer science preferred.
  • Experience using SQL and/or SAS.
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics (Omniture) is a must.
  • Experience in Excel with V-Look-ups, Pivot Tables are a must. Macros are a plus.
  • Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving, and a natural interest in consumer behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to share information so that co-workers and band counterparts can take action.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
