Part-Time Digital Marketing / eCommerce Assistant

Adecco Creative is assisting our client, a growing brand of men’s activewear featuring premium beachwear and underwear, in their search for a Part-Time Digital Marketing & eCommerce Assistant. The position will work onsite out of the company’s Miami offices 20-25 hours per week, with the potential to expand to 40 hours per week down the road.

The Digital Marketing & eCommerce Assistant works closely with the head of Marketing & Operations for the brand, and the products are sold worldwide via an online webstore.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid digital media campaigns (FB, Google/YT, Bing, Pinterest, Amazon, etc.),
  • Implement retargeting and prospecting campaigns
  • Work with Facebook, first and third-party data, create and test custom audiences with help of the latest best-in-class technology and experiment with latest formats, video etc.
  • Perform A-B testing campaigns, identify hypothesis, measure, report, and advice on future implementation of those learnings
  • Manage social media channels, scheduling and publishing of daily content
  • Create and design social media posts, moderate social media channels, comments, etc., keeping coordination with our Customer Service position
  • Maintain consistency of branding ID across all social media channels and digital frontends in sync with each new campaign launched, by team working with graphic designer to produce required assets
  • Write and prepare email campaigns, in coordination with graphic designer
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize flows and integrations using Klaviyo email marketing tool
  • Webstore general maintenance, page and product editing, SEO monitoring, content updates, sales channels, product data feeds, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience working in paid social media. Solid knowledge of Facebook Ads/Business Manager & Google Ads, Google Analytics. Complete understanding of key performance indicators to strategically measure and track program success – agency experience preferred
  • Experience working with Shopify or e-commerce platforms, SEO analytics
  • Experience working with Klaviyo email marketing platform
  • Proven experience working on PPC and performance-based, direct response marketing Paid Social Media campaigns, use of website tools and conversion tracking (UTM links), keyword research, competition analysis, etc.
  • Creative and analytical skills, complemented by the ability to take direction, learn/develop new skill sets, problem-solve, and take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and MS Excel skills
  • Passion for and a constant eye on “the future of media” based on industry trends (digital innovation, customer level targeting, dynamic creative optimization, media consumption, e-commerce/retail level targeting capabilities)
  • Fluency in English, bilingual Spanish a plus

  • Experience working with e-com tools such as Shogun, Justuno, upselling apps, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design a plus
