Position Title: Executive Assistant (Part- Time)

Pay Rate: $20-25/hr (Depending on Experience)

Job Duties and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

  • Polished and Professional Demeanor

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills

  • Hands- on Experience with the following duties: Calendar management for executive staff; Maintain Document Organization; Arrange Travel Accommodations; Draft Memos and internal/ external Correspondence; Issue Invoices; Manage multi- line phone system. 

  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign software a plus

  • Previous experience in the Real Estate Industry preferred
