Part time Executive Asst


Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an organized part time Executive Assistant – Personal Assistant in Newport Beach, CA.  As an Executive Assistant, you will provide Administrative support to the CEO/Owner and act as a Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate is able to multi-task and has exceptional time management skills. You will work 20-25 hours a week and can basically make your own schedule. Responsibilities for this Executive Assistant job include:


  • Monitor the CEO’s calls and emails; call her if Urgent
  • Manage her Ecommerce account; pull orders and ship out product
  • Answer customer inquiries and problem solve
  • Schedule meetings and maintain the CEO’s calendars accurately
  • Arrange Domestic and International travel and meeting information, monitor status throughout the trip and process reimbursements
  • Proofread and edit documents
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Prepare reports; other administrative projects and duties as needed
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
  • May run personal errands, EX: Take her to the airport, pick up dry cleaning,




  • Bachelor Degree preferred; preferably in Journalism or English
  • 3-5 years’ experience supporting Executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative


Pay is $17- $18//HR
