-Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
-Follow up on leads from email marketing campaigns
-Present value sales proposition to customers to close subscription service contracts
-Review proposals with Dealer salesmen and Truck end users to ensure Volvo Aftermarket has high probability of closing transactions.
-Creation and completion of all necessary Documentation to deliver to the Dealer or end customer.
-Manage sales pipeline to achieve both key sales activity and revenue targets
-Respond to requests from customers and dealers for subscription / product information
-Log customer issues and route to the appropriate support personnel
-Keep management informed of all activity, including sales forecasts and customer issues
-Investigate and provide recommendations for improvements to sales and account support processes -Work with other departments to ensure continued support of the sales objectives and dealer and customer support goals.


Education and Experience Required:


-BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar preferred
-3+ years of business-to-business inside sales experience or level of customer service or account management
-Proven business acumen through work experience
-Expert level with Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and PowerPoint
-Experience with SAP or other Customer Relationship Management system a plus
-Proven experience including problem solving, research and analysis including strong analytical skills
-Effective level of ambition and ability to understand team and corporate objectives
-Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
-Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English; additional languages a plus
-Direct experience working in a professional environment where sound business judgment, attention to detail, a fast pace and a flexible and adaptable approach are valued
