Title: Seeking experience Lead Generators for a dealership call center in Clear Lake Texas

Adecco, Better Work Better Life!! Seeking a Part Time Lead Generators/ Inside Sales Support with a high level of order entry experienced. Must be able to start on Monday 11/13/17 and successfully pass drug and background check. Pay rate ranges from $12- $1400 based on experience. Shift hours are Monday – Saturday: 2:00 PM AM – 7:30 PM. This is a part time opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representative position supports the strategic business objective by ensuring the customer receives best in class service. They make outbound calls to old customers, call on internet leads (hot leads), schedule appts for dealership sales reps to help increase sales. Inside Sales Representatives work in collaboration with the car sales representatives to increase dealership sales.

Responsibilities:
• Excellent alpha/ numeric order entry. Must have tremendous attention to detail.
• Works closely with sales team daily. On the average will make 60-100 calls to prospect customers, calling on internet leads, referrals, old customers.
• Enters quotes into system from various customers; provides accurate pricing to customer with information given by the sales team.
• Checks daily the CRM system – calls on new leads daily
• Following up with new customers to obtain feedback on overall sales experience
• Provides substitutes for customers when item is on backorder or if sizing is not available in specific brand.
• Knowledgeable on the products specifications and if product can be logoed.
• Partners closely with sales, purchasing and production teams on multiple issues throughout the day.
• Provides assistance with questions regarding product on stock and dealership sales
• Calls on hot leads within a 24 hour of receiving lead

• Ability to work with tight timeframes and follow through with the customer on a regular basis.
• Ability to proof and send orders multiple times a day.
• Able to manage tremendous amounts of data quickly with accuracy.
• Can manage through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task while under pressure.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism to a wide range of customers.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as cross-functionally.

Required Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 years of experience working directly with customers or in a call center environment as well as heavy data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
