Part time CSR with Logistics and 3PL experience. Hours are Tuesday-Thursday from noon-4pm and Friday from 8:30AM-5:30PM. 18 hours/week.

Position Overview
Seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative, from the logistics industry, with great attitude and initiative to join our Customer Service team in Jacksonville, FL. This individual will be responsible for receiving purchase orders along with coordinating ocean freight transportation in the system, tracking and tracing and providing superior customer service. The position will require data entry and clerical tasks daily.

Skills Required:
· Fully bilingual is a must (English and Spanish)
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact with all levels of
management and clients.
· Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast pace environment
· Requires attention to detail, excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, and
organizational skills
· Strong sense of urgency and professionalism when dealing with issues
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Explorer, Outlook)

· Attend to and follow-up on customers’ inquiries and requests.
· Manage orders
· Booking coordination with steamship lines,
Monitor pick –up, schedule and coordinate with suppliers and truckers and keep
track of the orders until they arrive to their final destination.
· Respond to claims and ensure timely execution.
· Carry out service failure investigation/complaint and ensure corrective and preventive actions are in place.
· Build customer relationships
· Bill of lading preparation
· General office tasks (phone / email answering, filing)
· Fulfill any other tasks assigned by the superior

Required Experience: MUST have experience in the logistics industry to qualify for this
