Part-Time Office Support

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Part-Time Office Clerk in Janesville, WI. This job is a long term opportunity! As an Office Clerk you will be working independently in the facility entering in data daily as well as performing general receptionist job duties.

*This position does not offer benefits if hired through the company* 

Responsibilities for this job include:

  • Using Microsoft applications to enter in data into a computer daily
  • Answer phone calls and assist with questions/concerns
  • Handle/Process payments at the facility
  • Light janitorial job duties such as sweeping or cleaning
  • On call after work hours to answer questions that come through on a cell phone (provided)
You should meet the following qualifications to be considered for this Office Support position:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to work independently with little guidance
  • 2+ years of previous receptionist or admin. experience¬†
  • Flexibility with working hours during the week and weekend, average of 16 hours/week
  • Ability to cover the office as needed per office needs with little notice
  • Ability to take calls after work hours when received
