Responsibilities for Clerk include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain, update, and track databases, including record keeping
  • Perform clerical duties, such as answering phones, making photocopies, and inventory management.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and written materials
  • Provide or coordinate response to customer and personnel inquiries.
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of equipment in company database system
  • Electronic conversion of manuals
  • Work with team to develop, schedule, and communicate routine equipment and building maintenance tasks as well as safety related tasks
  • Searches inventory records or warehouse to determine if material on hand is in sufficient quantity.
  • Completes purchase orders and sends copy to supplier and department originating request. 

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
