Part-Time Recruiting Admin Assistant

Looking for a bilingual candidate (Spanish) that can work 10-20 hours per week as a recruiting admin assistant in Sugar Land.

Must have flexibilty to be able to work increased hours with proper notice.  At least twice a year will be required to work a full 40 hour week.

Monday-Friday shifts available with a flexible schedule between the hours of 8am and 5pm.


POSITION OBJECTIVES: Support management, recruiting and marketing  departments through daily job duties and special projects

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  (those functions actually required to perform the position, the removal of which would fundamentally change the job)

1. Coordinate marketing activities

2. Maintain internal Mircrosoft Word and Excel documents

3. Develop and maintain activity and productivity reporting for marketing, recruiting and management

4. Perform database entry and management duties

5. Weekly payroll processing
