Part Time Trade Show Assistant


Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill a part time Trade Show Assistant role located in Austin, TX! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below.


POSITION: Trade Show Assistant


DURATION: 6 months (Contract, possible extension)

PAY RATE: $14.75 /hr

HOURS: Part Time, 20 hour per week


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Regional Tradeshow within the Orthopedic and Tissue Technologies division
  • Maintain good communication with sales force and internal teams on the event logistics
  • Process Purchase Requisitions for all trade show purchases
  • Communicates timely with attendees and requestors for each event, both internal and external
  • Gather event documentation for approval process
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Education on each event
  • Maintain good records of past, present and future tradeshows and their statuses
  • Ensure that the appropriate sales franchise group are correctly billed as requested
  • Assist in other Sales Operations tasks as needed



  • Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Corporate work experience
  • Medical device knowledge a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office a must (Excel specifically)
  • Dependable
  • Able to take direction and work independently



Candidate must be flexible, willing to learn and assist with other tasks as needed
