Adecco is assisting a local client in the search for a Parts Analyst in Whitewater, Wisconsin. This is a 1st shift position, Monday-Friday. If you meet the below qualifications click apply now!!

-Answers incoming phone calls and responds to questions about various aspects of service parts across all product lines. Examples include questions about vehicle specific application of replacement parts, availability, pricing, and warranty of those parts.

-Ability to reason and identify parts needed to solve customer issues while complying with Federal and State rules and regulations.

-Promotes Sales Growth by making proactive calls to customers and offering suggested complementary items to each order.

-Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner by prioritizing and performing tasks concurrently to ensure time requirements are met. Must be flexible to deal with changes due to unexpected events.

-Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Solicits and applies internal and external customer feedback.

-Uses electronic and paper manuals to identify correct parts for customer or internal representative?s inquiries or orders received.

-Communicates with factory representatives for further information needed to procure parts or answer questions.

-Processes purchase orders, orders parts from vendors/suppliers, tracks orders placed with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts to our facility.

-Invoices customers for parts with appropriate tax, discounts, freight charges and payment terms.

-Maintains customer files and parts lists, parts manuals and technical publications.

-Observes safety and security procedures; reports unsafe conditions to management team.

Additional Functions

-Focuses on Continues Sales Growth and New Account Acquisition through building customer relationships and vendor relationships.

-Occasionally picks, packs, weighs, and ships parts to customers. Includes loading and unloading of freight and courier trucks or placing shipments in appropriate pick up locations.


High school diploma or equivalent required. In addition, individual must have at least one year previous related work experience in customer service.

Computer or Technology Skills
-Must have highly developed PC skills including: Word processing, spreadsheet, database, Internet, Intranet and e-mail.
-Proficient at utilizing purchasing/shipping software
-Ability to operate office equipment (copier, fax, printers); video and voice communication equipment.

Mechanical skills
- Basic hand tools, power tools, forklift, pallet jack.

Math Ability
- Ability to add, sub-tract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percents and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
