Parts and Service Specialist Manufacturing

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a full time Parts & Service Specialist in Pulaski, NY. This is a direct hire opportunity!

 

We are currently recruiting a full-time permanent Part & Service Specialist for a client based in Pulaski, NY with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Duties

  • Customer Support and Satisfaction – Provide support to customers to ensure fulfillment of aftermarket parts sales requirements.
  •  Administrative Support – Assist with clerical needs as assigned, including but not limited to order entry, invoicing, document preparation and filing.
  • Sales Growth – Assist in the development and execution of plans to increase parts sales and profitability. Big picture thinking.
  • Quoting – Generate parts quotes and coordinate ordering of special miscellaneous parts, as needed.
  • Purchasing – Provide all purchasing support for the service business. Provide feedback on stocking levels to ensure availability of parts are in line with customer demands.

 

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Prior experience in a Customer Service, Purchasing or Inventory Management related roles, preferably at a manufacturing facility

Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
