This position performs inventory and front office duties under general supervision for the Maintenance division.

Main duties to be performed but limited to:

o Ordering parts and supplies, preparing invoices and checks for parts and supplies, logging transactions in accounting system. Receiving and tracking inbound and outbound shipments.
Software used is TFBO which is industry-proprietary, used for accounting, inventory, timeclocks
Some excel/emailing, would like them to be proficient keying due to record keeping.
o Manage inventory levels and physically complete inventory as required
o Ensure necessary FAA paperwork and procedures are followed in safekeeping of inventory.
o Track expiration dates of inventory with expiration dates, monthly dispose of expired inventory
o Ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers
o Answer shop phone and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
o Greet customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel

Requirements Include:

o Previous administration experience required
o Previous inventory experience required
o Ability to multitask and manage regular interruptions

This position offers 40 hours/week. Monday-Friday schedule. Pay based upon experience.
