An expanding medical start-up company is looking for personable, tech savvy and medically minded people to join their team in a entry-level full-time capacity! This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a company that could potentially revolutionize medical care.

Under an awesome boss, you’ll be working with proprietary medical technology that focuses on the initial evaluation of patients as they enter a medical facility (height, weight, heart rate, etc). While you will have contact with the patients themselves, your primary responsibility will be working directly with the equipment and related software in a bit of a “level one help desk” role (although this IS NOT your traditional tech support role). You’ll be monitoring the equipment’s performance and working with software engineers to solve functionality issues.

Training will be provided, but you still need the following:

Decent tech skills/problem solving ability: you don’t need to be programming wiz, but you should have more than a basic understanding of technology. Linux knowledge is a big plus, but not required.
High emotional intelligence and an outgoing personality: you’ll be in contact with folks who generally don’t feel well, so empathy and positivity will go a long way. It’ll also help you work with other staff members to fix the machines when they malfunction.
You must be fluent in English, but fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
A basic understanding of medical terminology/procedure.
An associate’s degree or above is preferred, but this requirement is flexible based on your experience.
