Payment Support

Adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in Calabasas looking for an experienced Payment Support Representative. This position is a temporary position for 6 months.  If you feel you qualify please apply.

Responsibilities

  • Receipts submitted for accuracy and acknowledge receipt submission and amount paid on our platform, which is seen by customers and Account Managers
  • Complete Payment Request Form and verify vendor account number for accuracy and submit to Accounts Payable for final approval.
  • Remain knowledgeable of site offerings and guidelines at all times
  • Assist Indirect customers and Account Managers with reimbursements in an accurate and expeditious manner.
  • Follow the guidelines of the program when processing redemptions or reimbursements
  • Identify customer needs, offer solutions and/or alternatives
  • Work collaborative and maintain regular communication with the members of Senior Leadership and Account Managers on payment status
  • Build sustainable relationships with members and Account Managers
  • Maintain proper records of reimbursement to members
  • Properly escalating customer issues to the next level for immediate resolution
  • Attend trainings and meet regularly with the Senior Leadership Team

Requirements

  • Previous experience processing payments or credits
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient SAP skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • High School or General Equivalency diploma
