Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an Immediate Pay Coordinator for their corporate offices in Dublin. Pay rate is $20-23, BOE. This is for a long-term temporary opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As an Immediate Pay Coordinator you will Process Immediate State Termination pay for Non-Exempt store associates, which includes calculating and posting final pay, emailing temporary paystubs and printing final stub and mailing to associate’s home address on file.   If paying on a pay card, funding pay card on third party platform with accuracy. The ideal candidate is task-oriented, able to multi-task, and has exceptional time management skills. Responsibilities for this Immediate Pay Coordinator job include:

  • Responsible for processing final pay for Non-Exempt Immediate Pay State Terminations.   And as needed fund final pay through 3rd party platform.  Maintain a working knowledge of local, state, and/or federal pay and termination regulations.  Under direction from the Payroll Supervisor conduct weekly and/or monthly audits and/or training of new Payroll Processors/Coordinators as needed.   Assist with projects under the supervision of Payroll Supervisor and/or Payroll Manager. 
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for all employee payroll and personnel records
  • Process all daily manual off cycle checks in batches throughout the day. Work with the other coordinators to ensure that there is no overlap between processes being run. 
  • Respond to all employee inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain and evaluate systems and procedures to ensure internal controls and to improve efficiency and timeliness.
  • Remain current on new legislation and regulatory ruling(s) impacting Payroll. Enforce adherence to requirements and advise management on required action(s).
  • Assist as needed in the processing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls.

 

Qualifications:

- Dependability is a must!

-2-3 years of payroll experience preferred

- Flexible and open to OT

- alternative work schedule Tues-Saturday

- Able to work in a fast paced environment

-Needs to be VERY detailed oriented
