Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an organized Payroll Administrative Assistant in Kingwood,TX. This is for a 2 to 3 month opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. As a Payroll Assistant you will perform routine clerical and administrative functions.

Responsibilities for this job include:
1. Generate files out of legacy payroll system into excel 3 files, individually generated
2. Review of data utilizing checklist
3. Confirm correct mapping of files to new earnings and deduction codes in iSolved system


•High School Diploma required.
•One to three years’ experience in a payroll administrative support role or job related field with an emphasis on multi-tasking required.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel at intermediate to advanced level and demonstrated ability to learn other application programs as needed. Proficient use of Insperity systems preferred.
•Customer service experience in a team environment.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills.
