Payroll Administrator

Adecco is assisting a local client in Buffalo Grove for a temp to hire opportunity to start as soon as possible. They are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator paying $25-32/hour based off experience.  

Here are some of the responsibilities you’ll have:

  • Administer bi-weekly and weekly, multi-state payroll, including commission, bonus, payroll changes, new hires, terminations, salary increases, bonus, and calculation of retro pay.  
  • Run audit reports and ensure 100% compliance to one-over-one approvals for any payments.
  • Administer time and attendance collection (E-Time) for data necessary to process payroll including data entry, mileage, vacation benefits and other reimbursements
  • Responsible for payroll general ledger journal entry and payroll reconciliations are accurate for both US and Canada Payroll.

 

These are the qualities we’re looking for in an Operations Purchasing Assistant:

· Minimum 3 years related experience

· Experienced dealing with large payroll’s (+500 employees)

· Exposure with multi-state payroll and payroll taxes

· Work with attendance program such as ADP’s e-Time

  • Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field
