Payroll Administrator

Adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in San Fernando looking for a Payroll Administrator. This position is a temporary position for approximately 6 months.  If you feel you qualify please apply

 

The Payroll Administrator assists with the payroll processing for 150-200. This includes overseeing all administrative activities related to payroll, processing payroll on a regular basis.

 

Responsibilities for this Payroll Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • The Payroll Administrator is responsible for reviewing timesheets for 150-200 employees.
  • Input payroll information into payroll system.
  • Review ADP reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain payroll records, digital and hard copy.
  • May answer any questions that employees might have about payment and work to resolve any payment issues that arise.

 

 

To be considered for this Payroll Administrator position, you should:

  • Must have at least 2 years previous payroll administration experience, ADP preferred.
  • Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Payroll Administrators are detail-oriented.
  • Able to notice errors and spend a lot of time completing calculations.
  • Because they deal often with confidential information, Payroll Administrators are also highly trustworthy.
