Payroll Administrator

The schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm and pay is $14/hr! Any mandatory overtime will have this associate starting at 6:00am when needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Interface with Payroll system (ADP) and Etime
  • Track paid and unpaid time off by associate and category
  • Follow-up with management team to obtain time sheets
  • Review time submission for accuracy and completeness
  • Detail oriented - organized
  • Flexibility in work hours and Job responsibilities
  • Resolve any payroll issues in a timely manner
  • Generate payroll, turnover and other reports as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Previous payroll experience required
  • Experience with ADP eTime system highly preferred

  • Initiative- Volunteers readily; seeks increased responsibilities; asks for and offers help when needed.

 

Working Conditions, Physical and Mental Demands

  • Must possess visual acuity to read instructions and to maneuver throughout facility
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal instructions
  • Office setting in a climate-controlled environment
