Responsibilities for the Payroll position include but are not limited to:

  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
  • Maintains records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
  • Gathering withholding and other payroll information
  • Assist Human Resources by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • College Degree Preferred
  • Must have experience with Payroll processing
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
