Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Payroll Specialist in Moline, IL: This is a contract position lasting until approximately February 2018. Duties will include processing payroll, calculating payroll taxes/benefits, calculating and figuring W2 information. If you meet the qualifications listed below please Apply Now!

Responsibilities for Payroll Specialist include:

• Perform daily payroll department operations
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
• Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
• Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance
• Process accurate and timely year-end reporting (W-2)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 10 years of payroll experience
• Must have ADP Experience
