Adecco is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant with Payroll (Kronos) experience in McDonough, GA.  Hours:   Monday  to Friday, from 8 am to 5pm and some overtime on Saturdays morning.  Must also have strong relationship skills, with a good knowledge of Excel and previous Logistic experience


The Administrative Assistant-Operations partners with and serves as a resource to floor operations leaders, assisting the Sr. Ops Manager, Supervisors and Assistant supervisors with the volume of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:  maintaining daily attendance tracking for full time employees and contractors; running daily and weekly operational reports (productivity, attendance/absenteeism, headcount, etc.); assisting with gathering of documentation to support Leadership’s addressing of associate performance issues, including productivity and attendance; communicating and updating leaders on process changes from HR, AP, and other shared support services; supports managements’ HR needs with regards to completing and filing appropriate documentation (incident/injury form completion, payroll forms, time-off requests, etc.).  The Administrative Assistant-Operations also assists with any other administrative tasks to support Leadership as needed and/or requested by operations.



  • Supports operations team in various associate behavior improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Collaborate across departments for administrative tasks and needs.
  • Maintain database of associate attendance infractions and communicates such data with members of management and the HR department.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to managers and associates. This includes responding to all inquiries quickly, completely, and professionally. Educates managers by providing consultation and coaching regarding: policy interpretation, associate behavior, performance management and associate development.
  • Maintaining data to support the metrics around productivity, attendance/absenteeism, and headcount.
  • Provides support for daily communications to Senior leadership with regards to reporting.
  • Assists Leaders with supporting policy and procedures from an HR perspective, including gathering information for attendance/absenteeism, assisting with and other policy/conduct issues, such as reviewing dress code and PTO processes and tracking forms.
