Pension Administration - Senior Analyst

Duration: Contract to Hire

Payrate: 25/HR

  • This position is for a developing professional individual contributor in Pension Administration, who works under moderate supervision. Provides support to Team Leads and client contacts by serving as a subject matter expert and as a technical systems resource for pension administration through the daily administration of processes, case management and project work.
  • Work with Group Leader to manage day to day team and client activities
  • Create client benefit packets and house and manage frequently used forms
  • Maintain electronic file records
  • Keep filing and documentation up to date & Handle sensitive information
  • Manage and complete internal and external project assignments
  • Handle team scheduling & Provide client invoicing and time keeping support
  • Keep team members informed of information that affects workflow and service delivery
  • Provide on-going communication with peers and client teams regarding status of work and processes
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment and manage several client tasks simultaneously.

 

Qualifications:

  • Three to five years' of administrative assistant experience or related educational experience for an Administrative certificate or degree
  • In-depth knowledge of the administrative procedures and tools required to support an individual and group
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, particularly merging and proper formatting of documents
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks (both client and group-related) and work efficiently against deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly
  • Ability to be flexible and solution oriented
  • Can demonstrate problem solving and judgment capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
  • Experience in a consulting environment preferred
  • Demonstrated diplomacy in dealings with service areas, consultants, and clients.
