Performance Management Specialist

Title: Performance Management Specialist

Pay rate: $40/hr

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Location: New Brunswick

Duties:

  • Lead the development and implementation of performance management programs strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Support the design and implementation of career development and performance management.
  • Provide expertise in the assessment of leadership and organizational learning strategy.
  • Participate in succession planning process.
  • Support and maintain high potential (non-executive) career development program policies, processes, procedures, tools, and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise-wide core career path model (both professional and non-management).
  • Utilize strategic workforce planning to forecast and plan for talent mobility and create pipelines of talent.
  • Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and tools to support managers throughout the performance management process.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in performance management.
  • Experience in Performance Management tools such as HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in developing career development and/or performance management programs.
  • Knowledge of talent management, career development and/or performance management programs and industry leading practices.
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning.
