Adecco Medical and Science has an opening for a Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Orange, CA

Description:
The ideal candidate will have 1+years of Pharmacy experience. Will be working in a Pharmacy Call Center environment with heavy inbound/outbound phone calls. Must have excellent communications skills and type 40+WPM

Duties:

Taking inbound/outbound Pharmacy related phone requests from members, customer and/or physcians'
Successfully resolve claim issues, coverage verification etc.
Work with management to continually improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Must hold an active CA Pharmacy Tech license or PTCB
Prior authorization, appeals, or health plan experience highly preferred
Available to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required according to the needs of the business
Prior stable work experience
Attention to details
Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
Work with management to continually improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Additional Information:

This position is Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Candidates must be prepared to work Holidays and Overtime during the peak Pharmacy Season
Excellent attendance is a MUST
This is a contract opportunity that can convert to permanent hire for the right candidate
Pays $16.00-$19.00 per hour
