Photo Customer Service

Adecco is searching for friendly Photo Customer Service Specialist to join our clients growing team!

Our Photo Customer Service Department connects with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face. 

We work very closely with every department and handle each step of the customer's rental experience.


This position requires the representative to have strong knowledge of a broad spectrum of video gear, experience in a fast paced work environment, a lust for details, and strong grammatical skills. They must be able to communicate calmly when handling difficult situations, have the ability to multitask 3 or more projects. Using technical jargon to converse and troubleshoot with high-end photo clientele. Assisting customers with equipment recommendations will occur daily within this role.




-Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers

-Supplying quick response times (via email, phone calls, and in person)

-Knowing all practices and policies 

-Troubleshooting equipment and general account issues

-Recommending appropriate photo gear based on the customer’s needs


Experience and Qualifications


-Bachelors or equivalent degree in Photography

-Working knowledge of current DSLR bodies, lenses, and lighting equipment carried 

-Previous customer service experience 1-2 years

-Very savvy at multitasking 2-3 tasks at one time

-Deep care and consideration for helping customers

-Team player
