Summary:

Specific Duties:
1. Responsible for assisting with existing group and member changes
2. Reconcile eligibility discrepancies
3. Create missing information request form as needed
4. Assist with projects as needed
5. Resource balance with other units as requested


Must have qualifications/experience:
1. 2 years of experience in an office setting using a computer
2. Intermediate knowledge of MS Windows/WORD/EXCEL
3. Authorization to work in the United States
4. Available to work 40 hours per week

**must be able to analyze data and make sound decisions and enter as candidate sees fit, training provided**

Shift Start/End Time: Training: 8:00am-4:30pm ||| Core hours after training: 8:30am-5:00pm
Dress Code: Business casual

Excel Scores on top of resumes Job Description: 9-12 weeks of training provided,

NO time off during training, and then very limited time off after training is over due to high volumes Specific Duties:

Load new group and member data into applicable databases
Reconcile eligibility discrepancies
Use macros to enter and validate information
Create missing information request form as needed
Assist with projects as needed
Resource balance with other units as requested Must have qualifications/experience:

2. Intermediate knowledge of MS Windows/WORD/EXCEL
3. Authorization to work in the United States
4. Available to work 40 hours per week
