Position Summary:
Using system tools and constant communication must work closely with Development, Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Engineering teams to ensure the integrity of the product item master. Manage the launch and maintenance of all new products, including appropriate product naming nomenclature. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze information for consistency and accuracy is a key requirement for this position. Multitasking is critical when time sensitive information is required while simultaneously communicating and maintaining cross departmental relationships

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
� Master Data
o Serve as the item master gatekeeper for the business. Setup and maintenance part numbers, ensure that item master information is accurate and consistent.
o Manage the loading of Product FOB sku costs into Oracle and auditing of information populated in systems.
o Develop, document and maintain product launch process
o Serve as the internal single point of contact for demand planning as it relates to set-up of portal sku�s.
o Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create and maintain Product Phasing Template.
o Communicate to the Purchasing Team activity associated with change of code name to official product name.
o Responsible for communication and management of timing of when Sourcing Team provides product FOB costs.
o Open macros in portal for forecast purposes. Coordinate launch timing of pre-launch sku�s in the portal. Manage the phasing out of pre-launch sku�s and switch over to actual sku�s.
o Validation of sku�s to correct Org�s and validation of the data between Refco and Oracle interfaces.
o Year End preparation and roll of new standards into following year.
� Operations
o Generate performance matrix for all pertinent areas of portal set-up and product launch. Identify service areas of opportunity and provide recommendations on how to improve service level.
o Serve as regional Liaison, and owner of the portal sku set-up.
o Communicate and enforce Carlsbad Operational global regional policies as it pertains to product launch.
o Facilitate launch of last minute Sales programs, SMU�s and expedite requests .
o Management of mini projects that enhance the service provided to customers both internal and external, as time permits.
o Harmonizing and standardizing KPI Reporting and other business metrics using the DOMO reporting tool.
� Systems Support
o Act as the Oracle EBS business process liaison with the Finance group. This entails:
� Creating Service tickets as it relates to system issues or improvements to EBS for the Global Finance Team
� Working with the regional business teams in order to determine business requirements
� Working with developers and consultants on the ticket requirements should questions arise
� Facilitate testing with the Global Finance teams for any EBS fixes or improvements prior to implementation into the EBS Production environment
o Act as the Oracle knowledge base expert as it pertains to the Order Management Customer Master and Order Management Advanced Pricing
� Help facilitate testing of improvements/changes made to the performance or functionality of the Customer Master within EBS
� Help facilitate testing of improvements/changes made to the performance or functionality of the Advanced Pricing module in EBS

Education, Training, Professional Certification and Work Experience:
� Bachelor�s Degree preferred
� 2+years of related Operations Planning experience in a high-through put supply chain environment (>10 Million annual units) preferred
� Experience with relational databases (i.e. MS Access, Business Objects, etc.)


Knowledge and Skills Requirements
� Experience working with product launch process coupled with cross functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing Planning, Sourcing, Finance and Purchasing Teams.
� Excellent analytical skills; with the ability to look at numbers and draw conclusions about actions to be taken.
� Strong written and verbal communication skills.
� Critical attention to detail
� Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Oracle, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Windchill)
� Commitment to meeting absolute deadlines.

� Normal office conditions. Work is primarily sedentary.
