Planning and Training Support Consumer Affairs

Adecco has an immediate job available in the Murfreesboro, TN area. As an employee you will be responsible for increasing call center effectiveness and efficiency through planning efforts and training support for agent initiatives. You will work directly with call center supervisory personnel and management to support departmental recognition, appreciation, and development objectives. The employee will provide support for the CA training group by being a liaison between vendors, NNA departments, and the TRAINING, QUALITY, and INFORMATION departments. Employee will assist in identifying and coordinating training needs and provides overall training operations assistance as required. BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED!
